Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VisibilityLens website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services

VisibilityLens provides AI search optimization services designed to improve how your brand is understood and cited by AI assistants and AI powered search experiences. Our services include AI visibility analysis, technical implementation support, and optional ongoing monitoring.

Service Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard service packages include:

Analysis

Analysis of AI search visibility with detailed report and recommendations, including a quotability score and prioritized action plan.

Implementation Sprint

Technical optimization including schema markup and content restructuring based on the analysis findings.

Ongoing

Monthly monitoring, reporting, and continuous optimization.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, scope of work, and pricing will be specified in your proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in USD and are non refundable once work has begun. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees associated with payments.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • •Grant necessary access to implement technical changes
  • •Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Use of Website and Content

You may use the VisibilityLens website and any free resources for your own internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or present our content as your own without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All reports, strategies, and deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment, solely for your internal business use. Our underlying methodologies, tools, software, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of VisibilityLens and may not be shared publicly or resold.

Results Disclaimer

While we use proven optimization techniques, we cannot guarantee specific results or rankings in AI search results. AI systems are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.

Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide services.

Security and Privacy

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our use of analytics and data processing is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. One time services (analysis and sprints) cannot be terminated once work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisibilityLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
